Of course, most people simply laughed at me and my "crazy" ideas back then, so now I wonder if you are still in favor of wasting more of our valuable resources to build a new highway when we ought to be re-building our mass transit and passenger rail systems. The debate shouldn't be about protecting the wetlands, but rather about how we use our diminishing resources to help people still get around. Richie,
