81B-59 KA 3946-01: Replace the culvert on Bull Creek on Main Street (US 81B) in McPherson. Culvert is adjacent to a crossing over the UP Herrington Sub, and the UP will work on that crossing while the culvert work is underway. US 81B will be closed. Detour via K-153.
